Omelette Rolls


  • 120ml Puregg liquid egg whites
  • Tomato puree
  • Salt


  1. Add all contents in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and beat it.
  3. Take a pan, put some oil in it, spread the egg mixture and add the puree to it.
  4. Let it cook for 2 minutes and then roll the omelettes.
  5. You can enhance your serving styles by cutting the omelette into rolls.
