Apple Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 grated red apple (160g each)
  • 1 cup Puregg Liquid Egg whites (approx 6)
  • 2 cups (240g) wholemeal self raising flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Mix dry ingredients first
  2. Add in the wet ingredients till just combined
  3. Bake in a loaf tin at 180 degrees for approx 35 – 45 mins
