Protein Plus Omelette


  • 1 carton PUREGG Egg Whites liquid egg whites, well shaken 250 mL
  • ¼ tsp each salt and pepper 1 mL
  • ¼ cup shredded cooked skinless boneless chicken breast 50 mL
  • 2 tbsp shredded low-fat cheddar cheese 30 mL
  • 1 green onion, chopped 1


  1. Pour in Puregg liquid egg whites; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook
    and stir for 30 seconds. Let cook 1-2 minutes or until eggs are almost set and
    bottom is browned.
  2. Sprinkle centre of omelette evenly with chicken, cheese and green onion. Reduce
    heat to medium; cover and cook 1-2 minutes or until set. Fold two sides of
    omelette over filling. Cut in half and slide onto two serving plates.
