• All drinks use about 15ml Puregg white
  • Dry shake = shake without ice. Important to do this whenever you use Puregg white so that it can emulsify with the other ingredients. You will get a much better looking drink with great mouth feel if you do this. Which is the whole purpose of using Puregg whites in the first place!

Silent Third


  • 50ml Bulleit Rye Whiskey
  • 10ml Ancho Reyes Chilli Liqueur
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml maple syrup
  • 2 dashes Bitterness Habanero Shrub
  • Puregg White


  1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. Add cracked ice and shake for ten seconds.
  3. Strain into a tall glass filled with new ice cubes.
  4. Top with Belgian Cherry Sour Ale e.g. Leifmans Kriek Brut
  5. Garnish with dehydrated maple glazed lime wheel.
