Apple Bread
Ingredients
- 3 grated red apple (160g each)
- 1 cup Puregg Liquid Egg whites (approx 6)
- 2 cups (240g) wholemeal self raising flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Method
- Mix dry ingredients first
- Add in the wet ingredients till just combined
- Bake in a loaf tin at 180 degrees for approx 35 – 45 mins
