Egg White Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups Puregg liquid egg whites
- 1 apple cider vinegar (capful)
- 2 teaspoons mayo (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric (to give it that ‘egg salad yellow’ colour, so it’s optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and serve on bread with lettuce or with crackers.
