Egg White Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Puregg liquid egg whites
  • 1 apple cider vinegar (capful)
  • 2 teaspoons mayo (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric (to give it that ‘egg salad yellow’ colour, so it’s optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and serve on bread with lettuce or with crackers.
