Just simply replace whole eggs with Puregg liquid egg white in all your favourite dishes.
To replace 1 Large Egg, use 3 TBSP and 2 TSP
To replace 1 Egg White, use 2 TBSP
Puregg Egg Whites are pasteurised and salmonella tested. This pasteurization process kills the salmonella and activates the breakdown of avidin to allow the egg whites to be digested safely by the human body, therefore pasteurised Liquid Egg Whites not raw are the purest form of protein!
