Frittata

INGREDIENTS

  • 200ml PureggWhites
  • 80g sweet potato cut in cubes
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of champignon mushroom or Paris
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves, spinach or chives
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

 


PREPARATION

Beat the egg lightly add onion , potatoes, leaves, mushrooms and spices and mix . Put the mixture into a round baking sheet brushed with olive oil and distribute the cherry tomatoes. Bring to low pre -heated oven for about 15 minutes.
