INGREDIENTS
- 200ml PureggWhites
- 80g sweet potato cut in cubes
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of champignon mushroom or Paris
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, spinach or chives
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Beat the egg lightly add onion , potatoes, leaves, mushrooms and spices and mix . Put the mixture into a round baking sheet brushed with olive oil and distribute the cherry tomatoes. Bring to low pre -heated oven for about 15 minutes.
